What it does

• Checks the selected member:
• If already verified → no action.
• If a pending review exists → no action.
• Else → marks them as claimed (if needed) and opens a new pending review in the mod channel.

When to use

• One user fell through the cracks and needs a review opened again.

Permissions & notes

• Moderator-only.
• Logs to the mod log (if configured) with who triggered it.
• Reply is ephemeral.
