/usercards_rescan

Re-check everyone and refresh the user cards. Also repairs Roles/RoE/nickname claims from the live reaction messages, and re-opens any missing nickname reviews.

Usage

/usercards_rescan

• Moderator-only (requires Manage Server).
• Runs in the server; reply is ephemeral with a short summary.

What it does

• Reconciles from the configured Rules / RoE / Nickname reaction messages.
• Grants/removes the Rules & RoE roles to match reactions.
• For Nickname: opens a pending review if someone claimed but no review exists.
• Rebuilds/updates every user’s status card in the list channel.
